Without limiting any other Terms or Conditions, you are not authorised to make any copies or reproduce the Welfare and Race Information (in any form) unless expressly authorised by these Terms and Conditions.

You may not download any Welfare and Race Information from this Website unless you are an approved person with WGO. By completing the registration process or being an existing registered person of WGO, you warrant that the information you have provided is true and correct and that you will abide by these Terms and Conditions. Refund Policy

WGO policy with respect to refunding of fees is that it does not refund fees, however in the event that a person’s membership is cancelled, WGO will refund the unused portion of the fees.

World Greyhound Organisation Limited (WGO) reserve the right to remove access to the website of any member, group, track or country who are not following the terms and conditions or that WGO deem are acting or posting material that is not in the best interest of all greyhounds or can be interpreted as insulting to other members.

Miscellaneous

A right relating to these Terms and Conditions may only be waived by WGO in writing. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and to be construed in accordance with British law. By using the Website you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of Law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
